Našej klinike pomohol s objednávaním klientov a zabezpečil lepší prehľad o našej práci. Samotné spustenie aplikácie nám prinieslo už prvý mesiac nových klientov, nakoľko cez Facebook stránku a www stránku sa ku nám prihlásilo niekoľko klientov na vstupné vyšetrenie, ale aj cvičenie či masáže.

Máme viac ako 3000 klientov a spolu nás je 5 pracovníkov, ktorí sme pracovne závislí od správne fungujúceho rezervačného systému. Výhody rezervačného systému sú, že je možné vidieť každého z nás buď samostatne alebo spoločne, prípadne kombináciu pracovníkov podľa potreby a požiadaviek klientov.

We had been looking for a booking system that can be adapted to the individual requirements of the client for a long time. After two attempts we tried Bookio. The communication and concern for the satisfaction of their product was something we had not come across before and it really appealed to us. We appreciate the email notifications, which made it easier for patients to show up for their appointments. Physiotherapists appreciate the possibility to view their bookings from home, or the simple way of checking patients in for regular appointments. It is very helpful to have data analytics and statistics available to me 24/7.

Since we have been using Bookio in our clinics, we are not disturbed by phone calls during patient examinations. We can pay our full attention to our patients, while other patients have the opportunity to find the date that suits them andself-book an appointment even from the comfort of their own home.
