Using Bookio. has given us an overview in reservations as well as simplified the work our waiters. In the e-book, they can see the bookings clearly in one place, and they don't have to pick up the phone instead of attending to customers. I appreciate that I can view the reservations at home on my phone, and also write them down into the system when someone calls me directly

Bookio is a scheduling system, thanks to which I not only have a better overview of bookings, but it also enables my clients to book various services, such as training for two or group training. New clients simply book an appointment that is available according to their time preferences. I also very much appreciate the option of repeat bookings and the transfer of bookings using drag and drop.

We can't imagine running our restaurant without Bookio. It's easy for both our customers and us. In Bookio we have all the visit history, customer feedback, statistics and much more saved, so we don't have to process and store this data. Bookio also makes our work easier and more efficient.

Pro Bookio jsme se rozhodli proto, že není jen prodejním nástrojem, ale komplexním rezervačním systémem, to je v Česku unikátní. Nechtěli jsme, aby rezervační systém jen přeprodával místa v našich restauracích a bral si z toho provize.
